Learn to cook the authentic Valencian paella and share a fun day with your friends or family. You will cook a paella and we will show you step by step how to do it. Your teacher will be a professional paella chef.
We will start our activity buying all the necessary products to cook itin the Central Market of Valencia. The Central Market is the heart of the quarter and the biggest fresh food market in Europe. Once the products have been selected, we will go to the workshop in order to start the activity. Dressed in anapron and chef hat, we will learn to cook the authentic Valencian paella. And finally the best part will arrive … the food! When we will eat our own paella in addition to other traditional tapas.
The duration of the activity is approximately 4 hours and is aimed at all visitors: couples, families with children, groups of friends, companies, etc. Anyone who wants to have a good time in good company.
